Hi KevinD, The user said she has been experiencing this issue for a couple of weeks and just today I experienced it myself for the 1st time. I was in the reporting function and I think it timed out.

Check that you are using thewww.concursolutions.comas the url. We had older employees using an older url and they got this error.
