Mobile app not working with iOS 13

Can't upload expenses in app and there is no update in App Store.

Care to share what the fix was? Was it a procedure that your users had to follow, or was there a patch they released through the App Store? Thanks!

It was a patch they released through the App Store.

Interesting... I've had a user uninstall and reinstall the app, which would theoretically download the latest version from the app store with the patch you described. However, that didn't work, so I'm working with Concur support to see what the issue is. But thanks either way! Gotta love these constant OS updates...
