Receipt not uploading

Hello! When I try to upload my receipt (1.5 MB, pdf format), I get the error message that it fails to upload. How can I fix this? I've tried 2 different browsers and get the same error.

Try using the Concur mobile app to add a picture of the receipt to the line item.

Hello@KGardner67,

The file may have been corrupted or is password/security protected. Open the file in PDF Reader and resave it by clicking the Printer icon.

I've tried that but it is still giving me the same issue.
