Soft copy only expense claim

Dear all,

Does someone have an example of company using only soft copy (scann) of bills as a valid proof for expance claim in regards to audit requirements.

It would help if example is from UK, Switzerland, Malta, but any example is fine.

Many thanks

Marko

The answer is YES! The good news is that for most types of sales and expenses, a scanned copy of the invoice or receipt is acceptable. You're allowed to keep your records on paper, digitally or as part of a software package.
