I am trying to send my claim, but the approver is on vacation and trying to put another approver but it still shows the original approve, cannot change it??? I had to recall a few times already.

You would not be able to change this, but your manager or Concur Administrator should be able to "Approve & Forward" and send it to someone else. I would recommend reaching out to the Concur Admin for your organization for extra assistance.
