Hotel "Not available"

What is the difference between a hotel request being "Sold out", "Not available", and "Not Allowed" ?

Who sets the criteria for those results?

Not allowed is set up by your company.

Not Available might mean there aren’t any rooms that meet your company’s policies.

Sold Out is info sent from hotel to the Global Distribution system.
