Southwest Instant ticketing?

Pre Sabre integration I thought Southwest reservations were instantly ticketed. Did this change with the Sabre integration? I am receiving feedback from my TMC that Southwest is canceling tickets that are not issued by midnight, The TMC is stating that we need to book tickets 4 hours before midnight to allow for ticketing. I am unclear if this is a configuration issue with the TMC , a Concur Issue or a Southwest issue.

It does seem to be an issue with your TMC, I'm guessing, because we use a TMC and Southwest and do not have this issue.
