Is there a way to find out if a program has modified certain table entries after it has run?

Lets say there is program X which is scheduled to run on Monday which has code which may modify tables TAB1 and TAB2 based on certain criteria. On Tuesday you want to check whether the program has modified those tables or not and what entries were inserted, omeglemodified or deleted from them. Is there an easy way to do this. I realize you can edit the code in the program to output the entries that were modified in the tables to a file for viewingdatelater. But if you did not want to do that is there any other way to tell?

@Linzy_234Hello there. I'm not quite sure what you are asking here in your post? Is this somehow related to our SAP Concur products?

Thank you,
