Purging Old Terminated Profiles

Curious to see how others purge old and terminated profiles within their Concur system to clean up the data? Is there a process someone has followed that works?

We don't purge them and they are shown under the inactive setting.

For our terminated employees, we have them as "Inactive" in Concur. I believe you cannot delete the profile as they might affect reporting.

May I ask why? I'm a delegate for several employees that have left our company, and it's a bit frustrating to have to scroll through names of employees who are no longer employed.

@khysonI actually do not know why profiles cannot be deleted. I've been at SAP Concur for 13 years and it has been that way the entire time. I am sure there is some business reason for it, but I don't know what that is. I suppose I should ask around.

As for the delegate issue, are you saying that when go to act as a delegate you have to scroll through all those names? If so, you can just get removed as their delegate. You cannot remove yourself, but your site administrator can go in and remove you as a delegate for the employees that are no longer there.
