Right sizing my staffing - SAP Concur Community

Aloha All,

We're a long-time user of Concur (approx 3,000 users) with approx 1,500 pcards, which constitutes 95% of the transactions running through Concur. We also use Concur Intelligent Audit, 100% audit. We have one FTE handling all of that..

I just wanted to get some general input as to how many FTE's others are using out there?
