Can I log-in to the test server on mobile app?

I am trying to run some testing on the mobile app, but cannot seem to change the server in the mobile application from our production site to our test server.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have tried 2 seperate log-ins, one for prod one for test, but had no luck thus far. I cannot change the server myself within the app but I need to run some testing on the mobile app.

Any help would be appreciated

I'm not sure if this will work on the test server but try the following:

With 2 fingers, double tap the SAP CONCUR icon on the Concur app screen login page. then tap system, then tap on server, this should then bring up a list of available servers. Tap on which one you require then navigate back out.

I think there is a provision for that. However, personally I have not tried it.

Hi,

I have tried just now, test users can login to mobile. However, that is in Concursolutions.com

Sandbox is not working. Maybe, we should request SAP to activate mobile.

Android or iOs?

Changeing the server works without any issue with a double tap with two fingers under the Concur logo.

Then select system and the server you need.

Be sure to have clear cookies and updated OS.

I am using Andriod. I could change the server, there is no issue with that.
