Only one thing which might put a spanner in the works is copywrite. Who owns the rights to each individual photo? Concur would need to be sure

I think you can put the condition that users can only recommend photos that they have taken. Should be easy to validate with the huge amount of meta-data that accompanies digital photos today.

I'm pretty sure this is a horrible idea and they "need" Rich and I to travel to take pictures.

I agree@AmberLee- as hard as it would be I am prepared to make that sacrifice for the greater good - the things we do!
