Hi! This is a great question for our User Admin group, which is for people who are administrators of an SAP Concur product at their company. If this is your situation, you may want to check out the group and ask your question there.
Also, just to let everyone know-- Kevin is taking a much deserved vacation at the moment! I'm sure he'll get back to you when he gets back.

嗨@jackyyjoy123好问题!是的,SAP Concur Community is our update to the LinkedIn Client User Group. That group was actually deleted in December 2018. The SCC allows us to create more content including lots of different groups, blogs and open forums to help people easily find the content that they are looking for, as well as having dedicated conversations in private spaces with their peers. If you are an administrator of SAP Concur at your company, you might want to take a look at our User Admin group, which will be the closest experience to the former LinkedIn Client User group. It is a gated experience, so you may need to ask for permission to join and wait for a site admin to admit you, but you'll find lots of great conversations within: https://community.concur.com/t5/User-Admin-Group/gh-p/useradmingroup. Please let us know if you have questions or feedback!
Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Alessandro-- good question! We don't have any plans to create an app specifically for the community site, but the site itself is designed to have a good mobile experience. You should be able to visit it on your phone or tablet, find content easily, sign in and answer questions and so on. We are continually making updates to improve the user experience, and have a few planned for mobile over the next several months. That said, we are always open to feedback, suggestions, ideas, so please don't hesitate to share!

Hi-- our support options depend on how your organization has decided to support your Concur products. The best way to get access to support is by starting here: //www.g-goddess.com/en-us/support and choosing the appropriate option for End User or User Admin, depending on your role at the company. Alternatively, you can ask your questions in the forums, and someone may be able to answer you here.

We are pleased to announce several new changes that will improve your SAP Concur Community experience. On the home page: We've updated the look and feel of the home page hero, so you may see images and copy that is specific to your role or industry. We've also brought the search bar front and center, to make it easier to search for answers to your questions. Further down the page, we've added a "Browse by Product" section with product pictograms and links that go to our main product forums (Concur Expense, Concur Invoice, Concur Travel and Related Products). The sidebar features an improved "Support" section with added live Service Status Dashboard updates and quick links to our most read Support FAQs. Finding the most recent posts is easy with the new "Latest from the Forums" section. In this section you'll find several new tabs. "Solved" and "Unanswered" are visible to everyone, and once you sign into your account you'll see the "Following" tab (forum posts from members you follow) and the "Group Discussions" tab for several of our groups. Improved My Settings section: We made it easier to access the "My Settings” section of the site from the Member's Menu (click on your profile image at the top right hand corner of the page. In this section you can update your preferences, avatar and subscriptions and notifications. The look and feel of this section should now be consistent and easy for you to find your way around. Added Personalization Banner: You may see a notification that your experience on the site has changed and we're showing you a personalized version of the SAP Concur Community. In this banner there are links that allow you to accept or decline the personalized experience. If you decline the personalized experience, you always have the option to re-activate the experience at a later date by going to My Settings > My Preferences > General. We're continually making updates and improvements to the SAP Concur Community and always welcome your feedback! Please don't hesitate to let us know what you think.

You may notice that we've simplified our forum discussion boards. Our goal is to make it easier for members to find content and questions you're interested in, so all forums can now be found directly via the navigation. We also wanted to make it clearer where you should post your questions, so we've removed the different levels of separation between the forums like Help, Getting Started and Best Practices. Now all conversations related to a specific product can be found within one forum; just look for Concur Expense, Concur Invoice, Concur Travel and Related Products. Topics, which act as filters, are a great way to find interesting and relevant posts within each forum. As a reminder, don't forget to apply topic labels to your posts to help others find your content too. We're continually making updates and improvements to the SAP Concur Community and always welcome your feedback! Please don't hesitate to let us know what you think

Hey, Richard, great question! We don't have any plans to create an app specifically for Community, but the platform that we use (Lithium) may have something existing or in the works. We will look into it and let you know if we find out anything interesting. In the meantime, I'm sure you have already seen this, but the Community has a pretty good mobile experience out of the box...and we are always looking for ways to make it better. Thanks! Kelly

谢谢你的评论,@SS。SAP Concur Community is one place where our users and customers can come for information and conversation, but we have a number of other places where people can also submit feedback. Sometimes we share links to those other places as additional resources. We (the SAP Concur Community team) read all the messages posted here and pass on feedback to other teams directly and as appropriate; many of those other teams also read and post here in Community too. We always appreciate feedback; don't hesitate to tag me if you have additional things to share!

Hi @JessicaL & @tjbmoreno, Thanks for the comments! We appreciate your support and the positive feedback. We have plans to continue iterating on and developing new features throughout the SAP Concur Community, especially gated areas for specific groups. One of our guiding principles of Community has always been "open by default". We will continue to evolve the groups and spaces according to the feedback that we hear from our users, and based on that idea of keeping as much information accessible to as many users of Community as possible. Thanks!
Great idea! We will put it on our (very long) list of ideas to implement.
Ha! Thanks for the swag suggestions, Amber. We're a long way off from SAP Concur Community beer koozies or bumper stickers, but we'd like to get there some day!
Thanks for the feedback, @Rmaynes! We have passed it on to the appropriate teams.

Hi Sandra, Thanks for your post. My team leads the SAP Concur Community project, in partnership with other teams around the company. Our goal for the SAP Concur Community is to serve the needs of lots of different kinds of users, from administrators to end users. We appreciate that there will be times certain subsets of our Community members will want to have private discussions, whether those are based on your role as an administrator, the industry you work in, or an event you attended. We will be creating and giving access to these gated spaces in an upcoming release. We also believe that the SAP Concur Community will play a part in helping end users find answers to their questions directly. You are a valued member of our community and we welcome your feedback. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any other concerns. Kelly
