副主任丹尼尔·阿莫罗索是旅行&Expense for Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, Inc based in Princeton, NJ. Since October 2018, Danielle has set out to innovate and transform the travel program with a forward-thinking yet all-inclusive approach. Within her first year in this role, Danielle consolidated Otsuka’s travel program in North America (including the travel program at 14 affiliated companies) and Europe (including 8 affiliated companies) under one global TMC. The most impactful and innovative decision involved eliminating all transaction fees when she elected for a partnership fee pricing model. Danielle continues to improve and enhance the Otsuka travel program by adopting and implementing new policies and technologies in response to the environment during and post COVID-19 as well as the many changes in the travel industry. Danielle feels passionate about traveler safety and continually puts focus on Duty of Care while also striving for superior service for Otsuka employees.

除了管理大冢旅游项目,she oversees the day-to-day operations and the long-term strategic development of the Otsuka expense program, aligning with the company’s global status. Over the past four years Danielle has worked to consolidate various instances of Concur with Otsuka’s North American affiliates leveraging the support services of Concur Select Care and the advisory and implementation services from Concur’s Implementation Partner, Acquis Consulting Group. She also was successful in creating a forum for the affiliates to contribute to the evolution of the program. This consolidation has resulted in drastic financial savings and improved the program’s efficiency.

Danielle manages her team with a ‘cherry on top’ approach – always focused on customer service, listening to the employee end-users, and making improvements based on their feedback. This white-glove approach to managing the Otsuka Travel & Expense program stems from her background in the hotel industry giving her a unique foresight and deliverance of the travel & expense space.

Before her time with Otsuka, Danielle distinguished her work ethic while employed for various hotel companies like Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hyatt, and Hilton in various capacities ranging from Director of Housekeeping to National Facilities Manager for Hotel Openings & Transitions, and Director of Business Transient Sales.
