Email notification of declined credit card

Hello! A relative of mine used Concur at her company last Sunday to book flights. She got it done but had a credit card declined two times before succeeding. After the flight was booked, she got notified by email for the booking. However, she was left wondering why she did not get email about the declined credit card. It took her three support phone calls, and a few long waits, to work it all out.

Should she have received email when her credit card was declined?

@erickierskyThanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. SAP Concur does issue email notifications for declined for travel reservations. I would suggest that your friend work with the Travel Agency or Concur Administrator for her company to see why she may not have received the email notification. Did she check her Junk/Spam folder or email filters?
