I am unable to remove the rewards partner from my profile

I entered the number share d by Hertz, but is comes up as an error and am unable to book any car hire

Any advice?

@lroeringwhat is the rewards partner you are trying to remove? Since you couldn't remove the rewards partner, is that why you then tried to add Hertz?

What are the order of the steps you tried?
