@RB22To make sure I'm clear...are you saying that you plan to move employees to another instance and you want to know if their profile in the new instance can use the same email address that was used in the old instance?
If so, then I believe this is possible. What you cannot do is use employees' login IDs in another instance. So, if in instance A you use the employee email address as their login ID, you will need to come up with a new Login ID convention for those employees when they are "moved" to Instance B.
Login IDs must be unique and cannot be transferred to another instance of SAP Concur.
