@dlamarare you a site administrator at your company? If so, when are on the SAP Concur home screen, click Help in the upper right corner. Look to see if there is an option to Contact Support. If so, that is where you would go to submit a help ticket. If not, go to the Support and FAQs here on the Community. On the main screen on the left hand side you'll see a phone number for admins to call.

If you are not a site admin, you can still see if the Contact Support option is in the Help drop down menu I referred to. If you don't see it, then you'll need your company's SAP Concur site admin to submit the ticket on behalf of the two users.
