It's a separate Community called Lithosphere. This is based on the Platform that this Community uses (Lithium). Think of this like giving feedback to Twitter, LinkedIn, or other online communities.

Hi Amber, thanks for the feedback! Those are good call outs and suggestions. The in-app Community setups are indeed duplicative when someone engages with your post three+ times, as you noted below. The notifications totals and alerts are features of the Community that we cannot currently change. I love both of these ideas, so do others! Both of these suggestions are Product Enhancement Ideas in the community platform, which have been submitted by others users. I've kudoed those submissions on your behalf!

The SAP Concur LinkedIn Client User Group is an administrator-only group that is dedicated to having peer-to-peer dialogues that are similar to what you find here in Community. It is an established group of people that we are planning to move over to Community entirely. In the meantime, we are pulling over interesting conversation threads from the LinkedIn into Community, and vice-versa.

Apologies for the profile settings in my earlier post. This appears to reveal too much personal information about our users for our beta release. We'll look into updating this once we have single-sign-on implemented. Thanks for your feedback and patience!

Hi @RichardG, Yes, I can see the information when I am logged in and go to your profile. We don't share any user's profile information if someone isn't logged in. Hope that helps!

Because the community is viewable to all visitors, we want users to be able to set individually whether they want their full name to be included in their post. Signatures can be added under My Settings > Personal > Personal Information > Signature. Then click Save once you’ve updated your signature. Let us know if you have any questions!

This also means that you can change your avatar to an image of your choosing. To add a link, you can go to the Insert/Edit link icon (next to the emoji insert). To determine if this is possible for you, simply log into your Concur account, click on the Travel tab and then click the Upcoming Trips tab. You can then select your trip and click Change Trip. If you do not see this link and you need to change your ticketed reservation, please contact your supporting Travel Management Company (TMC).
