You have not said but it sounds like you are processing 100% of the reports? In our view that's not how Concur is best utilized. The managers should be verifying things are done correctly. You shouldn't need to recheck all the reports. Most companies I've talked to fall into 2 camps. Small companies tend to do 100%. Large companies tend to audit between 5% and 25%. We are currently doing less than 20%.

有一个伟大的员工得到报酬fo的风险r card purchases. But like others have said it's not because they can change the payment type. Our payment types are locked so they cannot change to or from Corp Card. But that doesn't stop them from entering the charge on a new line where it is automatically cash. This happens most often with e-receipts and mobile receipts. But it can just as easily happen from their using their own uploaded receipt. Unfortunately employees just don't "get" that the way the charge imports is crucial for correct accounting. And after all - 98% of them are not accountants so why would they? We hope the NUI will help a bit. Getting card transactions loaded more quickly would also be a big help.

This is a common issue. The employee reconciled an e-receipt without including the card transaction. You should have 2 options- 1. Wait for the card transaction to show up and match it with this e-receipt so it will show as Corp Card payment type. 2. Delete the e-receipt and don't submit anything - in the case that the trx is with another employee or you just don't need this e-receipt.

My company is going yo do the same as you are seeing. We're going to block e-receipts from being submitted as cash. If this is something you bought with your own credit card you will probably need to use your own receipt as opposed to the itinerary item you are trying to use. You will probably need to delete that item and create a New Expense.

The NUI will have to improve and evolve a lot before we'd want to let our employees use it. Aside from all the other issues - we can't add project codes. We submitted a case in Sept and have not heard a peep on that getting fixed. I've also noticed the majority of itemized hotels come across in the NUI in an error state.

Our expense reports are approved by manager and then may go to Audit if the report is selected for audit. When an auditor or any other employees view the receipts that is not get included on the Concur "receipts not viewed" report. That report, for us, only includes the Approver - we did not make adjustments to the report to make that happen. But this may depend on how our workflow is set up and defined.

Why did Concur remove the ability to hover in the new UI?

I wasn't able to do this on mobile. An expense admin should be able to do this for the employee.

In Company Card administrator you could assign the corporate card to the manager. You'd have to make sure the transactions are not assigned to a report. For us that would cause too much confusion in terms of ownership of the expense. Especially If the charges were questionable the manager would not want those under their name.

Agree that Solution suggestions as it exists is unusable. Concur has never bothered to add a search feature - so asking for votes is of no value as others will not be able to find your suggestion. The same suggestions can be added 100's of times - making votes for any one post meaningless. Over the years I've complained to Concur reps and Concur management about the issues and am met with blank stares. Then I ask them how often they go to the Solution Suggestion site. 100% of the time when I've asked that question to Concur management the answer is 0 - never.

同意在NUI una的现状评论cceptable. This is also crucial when it comes to the Sent Back Reason. In the current UI you can easily see the sent back reason right in your Report Library listing. Or you can go directly the Report Comments section inside the report. In the report detail the lines with Sent Back reasons are marked by a ! and the reason is right there. In the NIU it's excruciatingly difficult to find the sent back comments. As mentioned above they no longer show in the detail. What you see instead in the exceptions is: Please review the comments for this expense and action accordingly. With no hint as to where the employee should go to do that - instead they look down to see a blank comment field. On the Report view you can see the first 2 words and then click a link which takes you to the Top - the oldest - point in the Report timeline. You might then scroll through 2 pages or more of timeline entries - entries our employees have no reason to see. At the very bottom of several pages lost among a bunch of other details is the most recent sent back reason. But since the link doesn't take you to the comment - how would you know you need to scroll pages down to the end?

When we get this question from employees it usually means one of 2 things. The employee has already submitted that expense and didn't use the e-receipt. To see if this is the case - pull up the past transactions and look for a matching card transaction by going to View transactions. The other situation that happens is that the air was not charged to the employee's card. It could have been charged to a central bill or manager or other employee for a number of reasons.

@JodyJody - Can you please help us understand the response @wbhicks got from support - "At this time, L3 data is not supported in the new UI." There's no point in our reporting it if Concur is saying this isn't supposed to be working. @wbhicks Did they close your case and consider their response a done deal?
I agree. The design of the screen does not encourage them to add route. Wording also not ideal. I don't understand why the receipt option appears on this expense type either,
We've never used it. We've watched the parade of issues going by from companies that do use it and have not been encouraged to try it.

WB That is terrible news. We have the same problem as you - missing level 3 for many Amazon transactions. I have seen some Amz with Level 3 as well as other vendors. But it's not consisteant. Have you noticed that you can't sort the expenses by Vendor name in a report? That's going to make reconcilation difficult for large reports.
WB - have you checked multiple instances of Amazon? Although most Amazon purchases have level 3 data - there are some that do not in our data.

Are you sure we wiill be able to pull up Level 3 data from that page in the Enchanced version? I did attend the presentation and I did not hear anyone say that was the case. If that is the case - which indicator on the example page shows that the item has level 3 data?
