Cannot change payment type

I am assisting a colleague with his expense report. He is trying to change his payment type to citi US but it insists that the transaction was cash. He purchased food for his employees.

@tiacobb2000the system does not allow for selecting the company credit card payment type. It is by design and that payment type only appears for company card transactions that upload into a user's SAP Concur account.

If you send me a private message with the employee's first and last name I can take a look. As of now, it doesn't sound like the card transaction as come into his account yet. When did he make this purchase?
